  • Faulty Item? We're so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll typically send a replacement immediately. A refund will only be processed if a replacement is unavailable.

  • Change of Mind or Need an Exchange? Gladly accepted for a different design! Item must be unused and in original packaging, subject to stock. Please note: shipping costs for the return and resend are the customer's responsibility.

  • The process: To start a return, please get in touch with us at hello@rhompet.co. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will promptly process either a replacement shipment or a refund back to your original payment method.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
We take pride in our quality, but sometimes things go awry. If your item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@rhompet.co with a photo/video of the issue. We will cover all shipping costs to get a replacement out to you or provide a full refund.
