Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates, delivery times, and any applicable customs fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How long does it take to process an order before it ships?

Most orders are processed and to be dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We're based in London, so all orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.

How do I apply the message patch to my leash?

It's incredibly easy! Our patches feature a simple touch-fastener backing. Just follow these three steps:

➁place your leash
➂press the other side down firmly

Can it only be applied to a leash?

Of course not! We love to see creativity. While designed for leashes, they can also be attached to harness handles or any other compatible loop surface. Show us how you use them!
How should I wash the patch?

For the best care, we recommend:

  • Wash: Hand wash or machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle.
  • Dry: Always lay flat to dry. Please do not tumble dry, as heat can damage the patch.
Can I put more than one patch on a leash?

Absolutely! We encourage it. Some pups have a lot to say, and our patches are designed to be mixed, matched, and styled to express their thoughts into our words.
